Notes on reservation

Even if a breakdown occurs that is not our fault and your plans are affected, we will not offer any discounts on the rental fee or pay for any damages caused by not being able to use the rental car (such as cancellation fees for other services booked during the rental period or costs for returning home). Please be aware of this in advance.

For breakdowns that are not our fault, we will charge you for repairs and NOC.
Please confirm the above and make a reservation only after agreeing to the above.

If the car breaks down due to reckless driving, you will be responsible for not only the NOC payment, but also the repair costs and towing costs.

We will explain the vehicle to you on the day of rental.
*Due to system issues, we cannot accept reservations on the day of use via the web.

*Payment must be made online using the contract holder's credit card (debit cards and prepaid cards (au Wallet, etc.) are not accepted). *
*Select the desired departure date on the calendar (○ or △), and then select the departure time and return date and time. Reservations can be made across regular holidays. *
*The age limit for applications is
23 years of age or older, and at least 3 years after obtaining a driver's license. Those who have had the automatic transmission restriction removed are limited to those who have had the vehicle removed for more than 3 years (this also applies to additional drivers) ※
※About non-operation charge (NOC)
In the unlikely event that the vehicle needs to be repaired or cleaned due to an accident, theft, breakdown, or damage, you will be required to pay this as part of your business compensation, regardless of the period, amount of damage, or whether or not you were at fault.
If you are able to receive business compensation from the other party in the accident, we will refund the difference at a later date.
※Non-operation charge (NOC)
If the vehicle can be driven ⇒ 200,000 yen
If the vehicle cannot be driven ⇒ 400,000 yen + actual cost of towing ※
※All rental cars are non-smoking. If smoking occurs, NOC will apply※
※About deductible
In the unlikely event of an accident, theft, or other trouble, you will be required to pay a deductible.
The deductible will be paid regardless of whether or not you were at fault for the accident.
If the customer's degree of fault is determined and the amount of damage falls below the deductible, we will refund the difference at a later date.
*Deductible amount
Property damage: 200,000 yen
Vehicle: 200,000 yen
*Please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on the date of your reservation.*
