1. Coming to a store: Please tell [vehicle] to the staff.
We will confirm your reservation.

Note: Always, please come to the store until the reservation time.
Note: If you are late when, certainly please contact us to prior the shop.
2. Creating a contract: We will make a copy of your license, related documents and passport. Please check the contents of the contract, and please sign.
Please feel free to ask the staff if you have any questions.
3. Exterior check of the vehicle: Our staff will ask you to check and confirm the condition of the vehicle while completing car pick-up procedures.

Note: Please return a car before the time. If you will be late, please contact to us.

For fuel: Please refuel before you return your vehicle to our rental office.

Please use high quality gas to all cars. Use of regular oil will be cause to breakdown to a car.
1. Exterior check of the vehicle: Our staff will then check the condition of your vehicle with you.
2. Pay off: When an additional charge occurs or when money of overs and shorts is caused, I would like a credit card adjustment.
