*This vehicle doesn't have snow tires as an option. Only normal tires available. Do not drive under the snowing or frozen road condition.
*Shibuya Higashi shop does not offer parking for your vehicle. Please use public transportation to visit us.
*Vehicle condition may vary from photographs.（new damages, scratches or deterioration）
*Pick-up and drop-off are not possible at other shops or places. Please come to the Shibuya Higashi shop.
*The age limit for application is 23 years old or older and 3 years or older after obtaining a driver's license.
(The same conditions apply to additional drivers.)
*The settlement would like the credit card in the name of contractor person on WEB.
(Please never use a debit card and the prepaid card settled immediately. )
*All the rent-a-car are no-smoking.

If you bring a document that is not valid, the reservation will be cancelled. (In that case, please pay 100% of cancellation fee)
