*Due to system issues, we cannot accept reservations on the day of use via the website.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please call
011-213-8461 (Sapporo Kitahiroshima branch) to check for available vehicles. *
*Payment must be made online using the contract holder's credit card (debit cards and prepaid cards (au Wallet, etc.) are not accepted). *
*Select the desired departure date on the calendar (where marked ○ or △), and then select the departure time and return date and time. Reservations can be made over holidays. ※
※The age limit for applications is 23 years or older and 3 years or more after obtaining a driver's license (for manual transmission vehicles, 3 years or more after obtaining a manual transmission license) (same for additional drivers) ※
※Cars cannot be rented for manual transmission operation practice ※
※Non-operation charge (NOC)
If the vehicle can be driven, 150,000 yen
If the vehicle cannot be driven, 300,000 yen + actual towing fee ※
※All rental cars are non-smoking. In the unlikely event that smoking is detected, NOC will be applied (e-cigarettes are also prohibited)※
※Please note that cancellation fees may be incurred from the time the reservation is completed, depending on the date※

There are many reservations for departures from 10:00 to 11:00 on weekends and holidays, so it may take some time to process your departure.
Please note that we will accept reservations in the order in which you arrive at the store.
Check-in and departure are possible from 10 minutes before departure.
(If departing at 10:00, check-in is possible from 9:50)
Please allow yourself plenty of time and aim to arrive 10 minutes before departure.
